ADMISSIONS 

Enrollment Procedures

Submit completed Registration Packet along with the registration fee(s) as well as material and/or curriculum fee(s).  All forms, including immunization records, copy of birth certificate, medical forms, and previous elementary report card are required before students start school. 

Classes are filled on a first-come/first-served basis according to date of enrollment.  Once a class is full, students will be added to a waiting list. 

Tuition and Fees

The operating income of the school is received through tuition, donations, and church support (subsidies from congregational member church offerings).  School tuition primarily finances the operation of our school program and the wages and benefits to our teaching, office, and administrative staff.

The tuition is based on the entire school year and is divided into monthly payments; accordingly, tuition payments need to be made during the break times as well.  An annual tuition contract is included in the registration packet and must be signed for each family. 

Tuition is due on the 1^st of each month.  A late fee will be assessed after the 10^th of the month.  There is no tuition discount given for missed school days.  

Tuition Payment Methods

Tuition payments are made primarily through our PushPay app; however, payments may also be made by check, money order, cashier’s check.

Family Discount

We offer a discount in tuition for siblings of the same family who are living in one household. This discount is applied to the lowest tuition amount.

Additional Fees

There may be additional fees for school activities, after-school clubs, and field trips.  Fundraising events are voluntary and are not mandatory.  All proceeds go directly back into the school and are designated for specific purposes to enhance our school program.

Noah’s Ark Preschool & Hope Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.  It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship, loan programs, athletic and other school administered programs.
